Rascal does not rise and shine. She stays firmly under the covers until she can’t hold it any longer — or breakfast is served. Mondays are especially hard after a weekend of sleeping in. This morning it was raining, so after she went “out,” she went back under the covers to wait until it was time to take her human brother to school.
P.S. The tail gives away that fact that Rascal has more than a little Sarah Bernhardt in her..we sometimes call her the “Divine Rascal.”
This is so cute. Perfect! Rascal is a star!
The Divine Rasca is simple Divine.

She is NO dummy!! Why bother to get up on a gloomy, rainy day if you don’t have to. Only to go pee and eat. Then back to bed until the next urge hits!!She is soooo smart! 😀
You’re lucky she doesn’t have the long, silky coat my Sheltie has! Still, he’s not much on rain, either, racing out to do his business, then running right back in — I’m glad he’s not a retriever-type, wanting to play in puddles!
hey I would be snuggle in my bed too if I don’t have to go to work! 🙂 I love how her tails don’t seems to stop waggin!!
